Sunsynk F56 fault: DC busbar voltage too low

Keep an eye on it
Urgency: medium

What it means

The battery voltage is too low for the inverter to keep running. Letting the battery recharge usually clears it; if it won't charge, an installer must check it.

Likely causes

  • Battery is flat
  • Heavy loads during a long outage
  • Battery not charging properly

What you can safely check

  1. Let the battery recharge from solar or the grid before using heavy appliances again.
  2. Switch off or unplug heavy appliances (kettle, heater, geyser, pool pump) on the backup circuits.
  3. If it keeps coming back, stop and call a qualified installer.

When to call a pro

If it doesn't clear on its own, happens often, or comes with burning smells, heat or noise, call a qualified installer.

Solar systems carry dangerous voltages. Only do the safe checks listed. If unsure, call a pro.
