Sunsynk F48 fault: Grid frequency too low
Keep an eye on it
Urgency: low
What it means
The grid (or generator) frequency dropped below the allowed range. This is common with generators or an unstable grid and usually settles by itself.
Likely causes
- Generator under heavy load
- Unstable grid supply
What you can safely check
- Check whether load-shedding or a municipal outage is affecting your area.
- Go to the inverter app and check the alarm history to see how often this happens.
- If it keeps coming back, stop and call a qualified installer.
When to call a pro
If it doesn't clear on its own, happens often, or comes with burning smells, heat or noise, call a qualified installer.
Solar systems carry dangerous voltages. Only do the safe checks listed. If unsure, call a pro.

Sunsynk inverters are built on the Deye platform and use the same F-codes. Check your Sunsynk manual if anything differs.
