Sunsynk F35 fault: No AC grid
Safe to check yourself
Urgency: low
What it means
The inverter can't see the grid supply. Most often this is load-shedding, a municipal outage or the grid breaker being off.
Likely causes
- Load-shedding or municipal outage
- Inverter grid breaker off or tripped
- Prepaid electricity has run out
What you can safely check
- Check whether load-shedding or a municipal outage is affecting your area.
- Check that the inverter's grid breaker on the DB board is on; reset it once if it has tripped.
- If it keeps coming back, stop and call a qualified installer.
When to call a pro
If the safe checks don't clear it, or it keeps coming back, call a qualified installer.
Solar systems carry dangerous voltages. Only do the safe checks listed. If unsure, call a pro.
