Sunsynk F34 fault: AC over-current (backup load too high)
Safe to check yourself
Urgency: low
What it means
The appliances on your backup (essential) circuits are drawing more power than the inverter can supply. Switching some of them off normally clears it.
Likely causes
- Too many appliances on backup circuits
- Kettle, heater or geyser running on backup
What you can safely check
- Switch off or unplug heavy appliances (kettle, heater, geyser, pool pump) on the backup circuits.
- Restart the inverter once using its documented switch-off and switch-on procedure.
- If it keeps coming back, stop and call a qualified installer.
When to call a pro
If the safe checks don't clear it, or it keeps coming back, call a qualified installer.
Solar systems carry dangerous voltages. Only do the safe checks listed. If unsure, call a pro.
