Axpert Fault 04 fault: Battery voltage too low

What it means

The battery is too flat to keep the inverter running. Let it recharge and cut loads.

Likely causes

• Flat battery
• Heavy loads on battery

What you can safely check

1. Let the battery recharge from solar or the grid before using heavy appliances again.
2. Switch off or unplug heavy appliances (kettle, heater, geyser, pool pump) on the backup circuits.
3. If it keeps coming back, stop and call a qualified installer.
